Performance Marine was created to service the Richland, Pasco, Kennewick, and surround area boating community, and to address the need for mobile dockside service required by larger vessels.
The story
Performance Marine was started by Triston Hollingsworth in 2013 after engaging in an Engineering Technician position in the private-sector R & D field.
Following a career in the Navy, Triston achieved a 4.0 GPA at Marine Mechanics Institute in Orlando. He went to work for a local marine service center where the new knowledge was put to practice in the shadow of a certified Mercury Marine Master Technician.
The seed was planted and Triston opened Performance Marine to follow his passion for powerboating.
The Vision
Based on current growth, Performance Marine is formulating plans to find a permanent home for a service facility in our area.
The mobile service vehicles, while very capable, are not functional for larger-scale on-site projects such as bottom painting and repowering.
Moving into the future, Performance Marine will always offer a dockside service to meet the needs and requests of the most important part of our business-- You, the customer!
